The venue will require the below experience, however we encourage eager applicants with less experience to apply as we are happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude!

Experienced Bartenders:

Minimum 2 years as a bartender
Cocktail making experience required
Basic food and wine knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience

Cellar Hand:

Receiving beverage deliveries

Checking off delivery invoices

Setting up and stocking bars

Maintaining stock rotation

Glassy/Bar back:

Prepare the bar area before opening, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and ready for service

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the venue

Food Runner:

Basic food knowledge
Problem solving
Experience working in a high turnover restaurant.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Attentive and eager to learn
