We are seeking passionate and experienced Floor Staff & Bartenders to join our team at Kondalilla Eco Resort in the beautiful hinterland of Flaxton, Queensland. This is a casual role offering the flexibility to work around your lifestyle.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Weekend availability is essential for this casual role.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar restaurant, café or hospitality role

Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience is required

Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills

A passion for the hospitality industry and providing an exceptional dining experience
