Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding leadership role in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)? We’re seeking a dedicated OSHC Coordinator to join our team our clients team in Gymea!

About the Role:

As the OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of enthusiastic Educators to provide engaging programs for primary-age children. This is a, permanent part time position (30 hours per week), offering an opportunity to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver exciting activities including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community

Oversee daily service operations, ensuring compliance and safety standards

Manage rosters and mentor Educators to foster a strong team culture

Work split shifts during school terms!

You’ll need:

A passion for working with children aged 5-12 years

Strong leadership and communication skills
