About the role

Are you a passionate salesperson with experience in the caravanning industry? Titanium Caravans, a leading manufacturer of premium caravans, is seeking an enthusiastic Caravan Salesperson to join our team based in Narangba. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for showcasing our high-quality product range and securing sales from potential customers.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalised recommendations on Titanium Caravans' product range

Conducting onsite demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our caravans

Preparing and presenting sales proposals and negotiating deals to close sales

Maintaining accurate customer records and following up on sales leads

Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Utilising our bespoke CRM system to manage and convert the maximum number of leads

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably within the caravanning or recreational vehicle industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales

Passion for the caravanning lifestyle and a thorough understanding of the industry

Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall sales success of the business

Valid driver's licence
