We are a boutique, unique family-owned private speech pathology service located in the Swan Valley area. We provide a safe, fun, and inclusive space for our neurodivergent community to connect, learn and grow to their fullest potential. We recognized the need for a neurodiverse- affirming practice to service our neurodivergent community who require support with their communication, feeding and learning needs.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly proactive, friendly, and passionate Speech Pathologist to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families. We welcome new graduates, early practicing, mid-career and experienced Speech Pathologists to apply for this role.

The ability to provide efficient and effective neuro-affirming speech pathology support in the Swan Valley and surrounding areas.
Services may require 1:1 intervention, group therapy, support staff training, supervising therapy assistants, meet & greet consultations and facilitating parent connect groups.
A passion to provide children and families evidence- informed intervention in a fun, child-led, flexible and play based manner.
A solution and strength-based mindset to work creatively with your clients, your team and relevant others.
A commitment to evidence-based practice principles and an understanding of best practice in early childhood intervention.
An ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, using family-centred and strength-based approaches.
Willingness to work in community settings, e.g. early learning centres, schools, and client homes, as well as in-clinic at our Ellenbrook clinic.
Strong caseload management skills, with the ability to apply high-level reasoning and independent professional judgment.
Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including telehealth.
Ability to navigate and maintain client management software accurately, efficiently and effectively.
Paediatric experience preferred.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a recognised degree in Speech Pathology, e.g. Bachelor/ Masters of Speech Pathology or Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology).
Membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
Willingness to undertake professional self-regulation leading to Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
Current Driver's License and a reliable, registered and insured vehicle.
Compliance – Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and First Aid/ CPR certificate;
Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable or willing to complete NDIS Orientation Module Certificates.
Graduate member level or higher Speech Pathology Australia membership is required.
CPSP status must be obtained within 12 months of commencement.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
