About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist Participants with day-to-day tasks, personal care, domestic assistance, community access and transport.

Your Day May Include:

Assisting with personal care such as showering and toileting.

Helping with domestic duties like cleaning, meal preparation and laundry.

Supporting Participants in their homes and out in the community.

Providing high intensity care for Participants with complex needs.

Transporting Participants to appointments or social activities.

Helping Participants build life skills and achieve their goals.

Being a compassionate and reliable presence in their lives.

Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)

Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance

Ability to confidently use a phone, including different apps and communication methods

Available to work flexible hours across a 24-hour period, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
