About the role

Hair Colosseum, a leading hair salon in Miranda, NSW, is re opening in Miranda Westfields & seeking experienced Senior Stylists and Junior Stylists to join our talented team. As a Senior Stylist or Junior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling and colouring services to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position based in our modern, well-equipped salon located in the heart of Miranda.

What you'll be doing

Providing professional hair cutting, styling, and colouring services to clients

Staying up-to-date with the latest hairstyling trends and techniques

Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and preferences

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Mentoring and training junior stylists, as required

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in hairdressing or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Senior Stylist or Junior Stylist in a professional salon environment

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A creative flair and passion for the hair and beauty industry

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
