About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our team at Elias George Hair in St Clair, NSW. As a fulltime Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hairstyling and customer service to our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of our thriving hair salon.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert-level haircuts, styling, colouring, and other hair treatments to clients

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills

Contributing to the overall operation and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Senior Hair Stylist

Advanced hairstyling skills and expertise in the full range of hair treatments

Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying current with trends

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Proven track record of developing junior stylists
