Our service (located in Avalon, NSW) is a purpose-built early childhood education and care facility found in the heart of the Avalon village. Accepting only 30 enrolments a day, we are renowned for our unique atmosphere and vibe that is unlike any other.

To further compliment our team of educators, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, mature, passionate early childhood educator with Cert III or Diploma in early education for our service due to increased occupancy. We seek an Educator who is warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn. This role will see you working collaboratively with fellow educators to deliver a play-based learning program. We are seeking new and innovative ideas from you and you will be encouraged to share and implement these ideas.

About you

Cert III qualified or Diploma in early education (ACECQA recognised qualification)

Working towards a relevant qualification

Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard and National Framework

Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.

Provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

Approved first aid qualification; anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management certificates; child protection training and current working with children clearance

Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
