Join our passionate team at Arkie Early Education Centre as an Early Childhood Educator. This full-time role is based in our Wahroonga, NSW location and will see you play a vital part in shaping the development and wellbeing of young children.

What you'll be doing

Support to plan and implement engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development

Provide a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment for children

Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Document children's progress and maintain accurate records

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our early education services

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Including Certificate III, Diploma, ECT.

Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-6 years

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for providing high-quality early education and care

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Working with Children Check.
