About the role

Datum Drilling is seeking Air core/RC Offsiders to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

As an Air core/RC Offsider, you will play a vital role in supporting our drilling operations and contributing to the success of our mining and exploration projects.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Driller in the operation and maintenance of air core and reverse circulation (RC) drilling equipment

Preparing the drill site, setting up and securing equipment

Collecting drill samples

Maintaining tools, equipment and the general work area in a clean and organised manner

Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and procedures

Providing general support to the drilling team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Air core/RC Offsider or in a similar drilling support role

Strong safety and risk management awareness

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role

Willingness to work in a remote location and adhere to roster schedules

Valid HR driver's licence

Good sense of humour
