To bring our Keystar facilities up to standard we require an experienced Handyman with diverse skillset to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our four dealership sites, ensuring our customers and team members have the best possible experience. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Performing general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the dealership, including general maintenance, basic carpentry, painting, yard maintenance, and everything in between.

Ensuring all dealership facilities, and equipment is well-maintained and in good working order

Providing support to the sales and service teams as needed

Responding to and resolving any facility-related issues or concerns in a timely manner

Collaborating with our Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

3 years of experience as a handyman, builder or in a similar facilities maintenance role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Our ideal candidate is someone that enjoys creating solutions and enjoys being part of a large team.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues

Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Flexibility to work a varied schedule across sites, and occasional Saturday work

A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
