With a proven capability in end-to-end project delivery, Brown Civil manages all aspects of civil infrastructure works — from planning, environmental management, and stakeholder engagement through to construction, testing, and commissioning. Brown Civil is known for its ability to execute technically challenging projects under tight timeframes and constrained conditions while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards. Due to increased demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced Drainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation of drainage pipework of various sizes and materials.

· Strong understanding of working with levels and associated equipment.

· Knowledge of inspection and testing procedures.

· Direct and support plant operators in preparing trenches for pipe installation.

· Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

· Perform work safely and comply with all relevant regulations.

· Coordinate and collaborate with other trades and site personnel.

· Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely.

Skills & Requirements:

· Proven 3 years’ experience in drainage work is mandatory.

· Relevant trade certificates and/or equivalent work experience

· Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

· A Construction Induction card (white card).

· WA Driver's Licence and own transportation.

· PVC Pipelaying Accreditation.

· ATCO Gas Common Trench Cert – preferable but not mandatory.

· Machine Tickets – Excavator, loader & Skid Steer - preferable but not mandatory.
