a standard admin role. It’s a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder to help

build an industry-leading property investment app and data platform. If you’re curious,

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting in building out the back-end systems and data infrastructure for the Follio

platform

Collating, sorting, and maintaining property and project data (pricing, scheduling,

returns, specs)

Liaising with developers and agents to collect and verify information on pricing,

inclusions, and timelines

Supporting the sales and marketing teams with accurate property data and insights

Helping coordinate between our internal developers, advisors, and partners

Providing general administrative and project support across all business units

Contributing ideas, systems, and creative solutions as we scale nationally

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for systems, structure, and

improvement

Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to be part of building something

meaningful, not just doing a job

Excellent communicator, confident dealing with both developers and data partners

Organised and tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital tools

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn from a fast-moving founder-led environment

Ideally from a property, investment, or tech background (but not essential)
