The Opportunity

As the HRIS System Analyst, you will take ownership of the Dayforce platform during its final implementation stages and transition it into a stable business-as-usual environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Applications, you will be the bridge between HR, Payroll, and IT ensuring Dayforce delivers on its promise to streamline operations and empower the workforce.

You will be hands-on in configuration, support, and enhancement work while helping shape the system roadmap. Post–go-live, you will continue improving reporting, data integrity, and process optimisation across HR and Payroll functions.

What You'll Do

Act as the primary administrator for the Dayforce full suite (Payroll, Workforce, Performance, Management).

Deliver BAU support, triage user issues, manage service tickets, and liaise with vendors.

Perform hands-on configuration to refine processes, workflows, and business rules.
Manage system upgrades, security profiles, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Picture Partners).

Lead reporting and analytics improvements, ensuring accuracy and relevance of workforce data.

Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to align system functionality with business goals.

Drive post–go-live hypercare and transition to steady-state operations.

Develop documentation, user guides, and process maps to uplift internal capability.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced HRIS or Systems Analyst who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with people-focused process improvement. With a solid background in HRIS or payroll systems, ideally Dayforce you are comfortable navigating both configuration and reporting. You understand how HR and payroll intersect and can translate complex system functionality into clear, practical solutions for your stakeholders.

You thrive in environments that are still finding their rhythm; in fact, you see the opportunity in helping teams build structure, process, and capability. You bring a curious mindset, an analytical approach, and the confidence to work across teams, vendors, and business users to keep systems stable, compliant, and continuously improving.
