About Us

Junction Road Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced physiotherapist (full time) to join the friendly, professional team at our busy clinic. We have been part of the local community for over 30 years and have developed a reputation for excellence and dedicated service. Our current team works predominantly with private musculoskeletal patients but also in varied specialty areas, including women's health, paediatrics and sports. Whether providing individual treatment or taking groups and classes, our physiotherapists utilise state of the art equipment and have access to excellent resources.

The Role

The key responsibilities of this position will be :

Treating a varied caseload of clients, ranging across age groups and musculoskeletal conditions

Developing client-focused treatment plans and providing effective therapy, education, exercise and support to achieve the desired outcomes

Facilitating return to sport or work with confidence

Leading exercise groups & classes eg reformer pilates, stretch, bones and balance

Liaising with key stakeholders including doctors and external agencies

Actively participating in the internal education program and promoting team development

Mentoring recent graduate physiotherapists

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be an AHPRA registered physiotherapist who has:

A strong focus on manual therapy and exercise prescription in service provision

2+ years of experience

Experience in pilates and/or group exercise delivery

A passion for innovation and a desire to provide exceptional services to clients

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and clinical reasoning skills
