Night Shift Labourers - Christmas Display Installations

📍 Location: Sydney CBD & Surrounds
🌙 Shifts: 8:30pm - 3:00am
💰 Rate: $49/hr + Super
📝 Start Date: Immediate Start

About the Role:

We're hiring Labourers to assist with night shift installations of large-scale Christmas displays across major shopping centres in the Sydney CBD. You'll be working alongside an experienced crew setting up prefabricated trees, Santa sets, nativity scenes, and festive decorations that bring the season to life!

This is a great opportunity for physically fit workers who can follow instructions, work night hours, and are keen for ongoing labouring work with future projects already in the pipeline.

Duties Include:

• Assisting experienced installers with setup of large Christmas displays
• Lifting and moving materials and equipment
• Following directions and working safely in onsite environments
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with all WHS requirements and site protocols

What We're Looking For:

• No construction experience required, but a labouring background is a plus
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and manual tasks
• Available for night or afternoon shifts and happy to work flexible hours
• Good communication skills - able to follow instructions and work in a team
• Willingness to complete an online site induction and WHS compliance before starting
• Valid Police check is a MUST
