Signage Installer - Sea Change Opportunity (Relocation Welcome)
Full-time | 38 hours per week | $32–$38/hr + Super | Based in Hervey Bay, QLD

Wolfpack Print is a leading design, print and signage company located in beautiful Hervey Bay, QLD.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Signage Installer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality signage across the Wide Bay region.

This is a long-term role offering great variety, stability, and the chance to live and work in one of Australia’s most relaxed coastal communities.
Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing shopfront signage, wall graphics, window films, light boxes, 3D lettering, and vehicle wraps

Assisting with fabrication, cutting, assembly, and finishing of signage components

Measuring and setting out sites to ensure accurate installations

Performing post-installation clean-ups and maintaining a professional work area

Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively

Liaising with clients, team members, and the Production Manager for smooth project delivery

Supporting a positive team culture and upholding Wolfpack’s reputation for quality workmanship

What You’ll Bring

Experience in signage installation, fabrication, or a related trade

Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

High-level communication and teamwork skills

Manual driver’s licence (essential)

EWP licence and Working at Heights ticket (advantage)

Experience with vehicle wrapping or large-format printing (advantage)
