Dozer and Grader Operators

$60-$67 per hour plus camp accommodation

7:7 roster, day shifts only - excellent work-life balance

About the role: You'll operate heavy earth-moving machinery on a new project west of Gladstone. Work within a skilled team on Final Trim Grader, Grader, or Dozer operations. Report to site supervisors and collaborate with project engineers. Drive-in, drive-out position with immediate start available.

Duties:

Operate dozers or graders safely and efficiently

Complete daily machine inspections and maintenance

Follow project specifications and safety protocols

Maintain accurate work records and reports

Collaborate with team members on project delivery

Skills & experience:

12+ months heavy earth-moving machinery experience

Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11

RII Statement of Attainments for relevant machines

Pass drug and alcohol assessments

Complete Glencore generic induction
