About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Perioperative Unit, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing patients and operating theatres for surgical procedures
• Supporting surgeons and anesthetists during operations
• Monitoring and maintaining patient safety and well-being at all times
• Post Graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (desirable)

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience e in a perioperative setting
• Current AHPRA registration
• A valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Up-to-date immunisations as per health requirements
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
