About the business and the role

CPAP CARE is an established and highly regarded independent providers of CPAP equipment and sleep services. Established 15 years ago, we have a network of 6 clinics servicing Melbourne and the Eastern suburbs.

You will be working with an experienced therapist organising the day-to-day operation of one of our busy CPAP clinics and working closely with patient education and sales of CPAP equipment. Your focus will be helping people with sleep apnoea get started on CPAP therapy, selling equipment as well as supporting existing patients and their sleep physicians. The role also covers answering incoming calls across our business and making appointments as required for patients. Training will be given for products to assist with walk in sales as required.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Principal clinic activities include:

- Educating and training patients on causes and treatment of sleep apnoea

- demonstration and trial of CPAP equipment

- sale of CPAP machines, masks, accessories, and spare parts

- provide solutions for patient issues or concerns

- ongoing patient care and monitoring

- preparing reports and results

- strengthening relationships with physicians and sleep labs

- stock control and ordering

- phone calls/sales

- general clinic organisation

- cleaning and sterilizing of equipment

- general office cleaning and tidying

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has experience in CPAP therapy, sleep lab's or a closely related area eg. Nursing, dental, physio, etc. Don't have experience but learn quickly and tick some boxes below? We can train you up over a few months, so please send in your CV.
