We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the team at our Flagship restaurant in Nobby Beach. This role is all about customer service, the drinks, and the people. It will suit someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and proven ability to lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-paced, quality-focused service setting. This is a hands-on, out-front role, that also requires attention to detail across all bartending aspects and inventory. You will be leading a team, and liaising closely with other management to ensure we are providing quality products at a high volume.

About you:

It’s really important that you’re:

At least 2 years of bar experience, including a minimum of 12 months in a team leadership role

Exceptional with customers

Meticulous & a stickler for cleanliness

Have outstanding drinks knowledge- full knowledge of classic cocktails, understanding of spirits, beers and wines & especially tequila, and ability to improvise and create new and exciting beverages

Willing and able to share your professional skills and knowledge with your team as well as take direction and learn from others

Comfortable working in a busy environment and can deal calmly and professionally with guests and team members

Familiar with hospitality systems such as SevenRooms, LightSpeed, etc.

Able to contribute to positively influence sales, key costs and wages

Organised, reliable, responsible and honest

Constructive and collaborative in your approach to work and interactions with colleagues

It’s essential that you:

Have the right to take up full-time work in Australia

Hold a valid RSA

Hold a Drivers License
