Clements are currently seeking a Stores/Yard hand to enhance our current qualified Trades persons operating within our Refrigeration/Air Conditioning division. This role will be a full-time position, working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday with the potential for regular overtime.

Job Role:

Receive, unload, and process incoming goods and materials according to procedures

Pick daily stock for the installation teams

Maintain inventory records and assist with stock takes

Operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack) in a safe and efficient manner

Assist with general warehouse duties, such as housekeeping and organisation of storage areas

Support the team in meeting daily operational targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

Previous experience is preferred with a background in air conditioning or electrical, but not essential.

Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
