The Opportunity:

We’ve just partnered with one of the country’s fastest growing freight operators and they’re trusting us to find Melbourne's sharpest, most experienced linehaul loaders. If you know how to load linehaul freight, balance weight like a boss, and operate forklifts in your sleep… we want to hear from you.

This isn’t a beginner role. You’ll be diving straight into the high stakes movement of linehaul freight, loading semi trailers, managing DGs, and working at speed with top tier safety and compliance standards. These roles won’t last long!

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Load and unload interstate linehaul trailers with precision

✅ Follow Mass Management & Load Restraint Guidelines to the letter

✅ Use RF scanners to verify consignments, DG compatibility, weights, and destination accuracy

✅ Strap, stage, and secure freight for both local and linehaul movement

✅ Operate forklifts confidently across docks and in fast paced environments

✅ Maintain compliance, safety and customer first presentation standards at all times

Who We’re Looking For:

⚠️ Minimum 2 years of linehaul loading experience is a must have

⚠️ Forklift licence with proven experience loading semis and PUD freight

⚠️ Strong knowledge of load restraint, weight distribution, and DG handling (DG certs highly desirable)

⚠️ Comfortable with hand held RF scanning devices and warehouse tech

⚠️ A+ attitude, work ethic, and commitment to safety

⚠️ MC licence is a huge bonus

Shifts & Rates:

PM Shift: 3:00 PM start | $39.90/hr

Monday to Friday with optional OT and weekend work when required
