Wagstaff Piling is a privately owned Australian foundation engineering company servicing clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. For over 40 years, we have provided specialist design and construction services for piles and related techniques such as diaphragm walls and ground improvement.

Our professional team has successfully completed more than 6,000 projects, encompassing all types of foundations in a range of ground conditions for civil engineering and building applications. Our reputation is built on developing technically excellent staff at all levels and utilising the most advanced foundation engineering equipment in the industry.

With additional projects now coming on line in Sydney metropolitan and regional NSW areas, we are currently seeking competent Piling Supervisors, Rig Operators and Foundation Labourers.

Supervisors:

Working closely with our engineering team and client representatives, as a Supervisor you will lead our skilled Operators and Foundation Labourers to complete projects on time and within budget to a high standard. Ideally, we like Supervisors joining us to come with:

5 years plus in the piling industry in an equivalent role

Time spent as a senior Rig Operator

Bored and CFA piling experience

General safety induction card

Drivers license and own transport

Rig Operators:

As a Rig Operator, you will bring extensive operating and maintenance experience for a diverse fleet of large drilling rigs, cranes and excavators. A rewarding career awaits Operators who have:

Previous experience in a piling or foundations engineering environment

Time spent as a senior Rig Operator (including Soilmec, Casagrande, Bauer, and/or Enteco machinery) with current operating tickets

General safety induction card

Dogman and Riggers tickets

Drivers license and own transport

Foundation Labourers:

As a Foundation Labourer, you will bring previous experience in the foundations/piling industry and be capable of operating and maintaining ancillary foundation equipment. Progression and upskilling are generally available for those who commence with:

Dogman and Riggers tickets

Ancillary machinery operator tickets, with a view to obtaining competencies / tickets in heavy machinery relevant to piling

Drivers license and own transport
