About the Organisation
This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a major Victorian operation within a well-established, privately owned national organisation. You’ll be responsible for leading a large, dispersed workforce and senior management team through a period of significant transformation - driving safety, performance and engagement while preparing the business for its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will have full accountability for operational, financial and cultural outcomes across multiple sites. Your leadership will directly influence how effectively the organisation delivers on its strategic objectives, ensuring it remains a trusted, high-performing partner to its clients and stakeholders. Success in this role means shaping a clear vision, embedding operational discipline, and inspiring a culture of accountability and care. You’ll lead senior managers in operations, finance, people, safety and assets, fostering collaboration and alignment. Over the next 12 months, your focus will be on lifting performance metrics, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and positioning the business for expansion through operational excellence and strategic capability.
