Alchemy in Motion is proud to be expanding and we are seeking another amazing Physiotherapist to join our supportive, dynamic and multidisciplinary team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD. We have also had a very exciting year within our team with an unprecedented amount of MAT leave and baby announcements so this position is a unique one as it offers a broad and established pelvic floor list for the right physio to ultimately walk into!
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Permanent full time (part time options also available)
Start: November / December 2025
Collaborative multidisciplinary clinical support as well as structured and tailored PD program for an exceptional new grad applicant

All clinical rooms are spacious and have sinks, fans, fresh air and air cons ensuring that everyone is comfortable! Also, come along for the ride as we move into our new and expanded clinical space in Gympie early 2026!

Guaranteed obstetric referral pathways - included in private obstetricians' pregnancy management service
Established referral pathways from cardiologists, pain specialists, orthopaedic surgeons, colorectal specialists, gastoenterologists, obstetricians & gynaecologists as well as a wide variety of GPs
Referral pathways and programmes established with local businesses such as gyms, personal trainers and other health care providers
Funded local council programmes including pregnancy aqua and strong foundations (obstetric exercise program)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
What QUALITIES do all Alchemy team members need?

You will be registered with AHPRA and have a current certificate of insurance at the time of employment commencement
Ideally, you would have completed either your Masters, Level 1 & 2 APA pathway OR have completed courses such as WHTA as well as having gained experience practicing as a pelvic health physio in private practice or hospital settings. HOWEVER, we will also consider an exceptional new grad applicant and will work together as a team to help to guide, nurture and support you on your journey to becoming an amazing pelvic health physiotherapist!

What CLINICAL SKILLS do our pelvic health physios require?
At Alchemy, we all have different areas of passion, experience and interest! One of the many benefits of being a part of our large team is that each clinician can choose exactly what sort of conditions and presentations they want on their list. We have designed and developed a clear and effective triage system that identifies everyone's area of special interest which assists with client management and allows for optimum client outcomes.
The skills or interest areas that our pelvic health physios have include:
Pelvic floor dysfunction / rehab (female & male)
POP assessment and management (incl. pessary prescription)
Bladder and bowel dysfunction (female and male)
Pelvic pain (female & male)
Gynae conditions/rehab (e.g. endo/adeno, pre/post op hysterectomy / POP repair)
Men's Health - Pre/post prostatectomy / TURP management, sexual dysfunction
Paediatric / adolescent continence
Breast dysfunction - mastitis, engorgement, blocked ducts
Obstetric MSK conditions
Exercise prescription within the obstetric population
BONUS CLINICAL SKILLS
It would be excellent if the applicant had additional experience or interest in:
Pilates
Vestibular physiotherapy
Cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
We are seeking a special and unique kind of physio. We are looking for someone ideally with experience (however will also consider an amazing new grad), as well as someone who is passionate and lights up when they're in front of a patient.
