As part of LJW Building Co, you will work on a variety of high-end residential builds; extensions, renovations, and new homes, alongside architects and skilled trades.

The role:

High-end carpentry: set-out, framing, windows/doors, cladding, decking, and detailed fit-outs (including custom hardwood joinery pieces).

Read drawings/specifications and build to tight tolerances.

Coordinate with other trades and maintain a safe, tidy, and professional site.

Represent the company positively with clients, neighbours, and consultants.

Must-haves:

5+ years’ residential carpentry experience (architectural/reno experience ideal).

White Card, valid driver’s licence, own vehicle & tools.

Able to read drawings, work independently, and meet program milestones.

Contractors: ABN, Public Liability Insurance, and workers comp/income protection.
