A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in a newly created role as a joint Store Manager at our Cockburn store, joining forces with our current experienced Store Manager to take the store to the next level!

Key elements of the role will include:

· Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team

· Sales & Financial Performance: Drive store sales, achieve and exceed financial targets (KPIs)

· Customer Experience: Champion an unparalleled customer service culture, ensuring every customer has a positive and engaging shopping experience.

· Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, oversee stock deliveries, and lead seasonal inventory counts.

· Operational Excellence: Ensure all store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies.

· Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure it aligns with brand standards and maximizes sales potential.

The successful applicant should have:

· Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

· Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and interpreting financial reports.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

· Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
