We’re seeking a TikTok Content Creator to help grow our social presence by producing authentic, trend-driven video content. This is a casual, on-site role (2–3 days per week) based at our warehouse in Bella Vista, NSW.

You’ll plan, film, edit, and post TikTok videos that reflect the brand’s unique personality and connect with our audience. If you’re passionate about fashion, understand digital trends, and can turn creative ideas into scroll-stopping content — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit short-form TikTok videos featuring products, styling, and lifestyle moments.

Capture behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life footage from our Bella Vista warehouse.

Research trending sounds, hashtags, and content formats to keep Ariiston’s page current and engaging.

Upload and publish videos on TikTok with creative captions, text, and effects.

Track video performance and engagement analytics, suggesting improvements based on results.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns and tone of voice.

Occasionally appear in videos (if comfortable) or direct team members/models during shoots.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating content for TikTok or Reels — ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.

Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, analytics, and algorithm behaviour.

Video shooting and editing proficiency (CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile editing tools).

Eye for composition, lighting, and brand storytelling.

Confident working independently and meeting short creative deadlines.

Excellent understanding of digital aesthetics and audience engagement.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with UGC-style content or influencer collaborations.

Basic knowledge of photography, product styling, or Canva/Adobe tools.

Experience managing social pages or basic SEO understanding.

Work Setup
