About the Role

We are currently seeking multiple Minute Takers / Scribes to support the capture of interview comments, responses, and observations, as well as transcribing the notes into MS Word and documenting scores into MS Excel. Availability will be required from the 8th to the 22nd of November 2025 between 8:30am to 5pm.

Duties

Document candidate responses to questions

Record panel comments, observations, and final comments.

Transcribe all panel notes

Update MS Excel scoresheet

Act as a timekeeper and advise the panel

Skills & Experience

English minute taking and report writing experience

High speed, accurate typing

MS Skills especially Teams, Excel, and Word

High level of confidentiality and full availability for 7/11-26/11/25
