The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Group’s manufacturing and corporate operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while helping to streamline and optimise accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily transactions including receipts and invoices

Oversee debtor and creditor management

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Prepare month-end payments, reconciliations, and reports

Maintain general ledger and complete account reconciliations

Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements

Coordinate annual compliance and statutory reporting

Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll (timesheets, leave, payroll tax, superannuation)

Provide ad hoc financial support to the CFO and wider finance team

About You

Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial accounting role

Background in manufacturing or corporate environments preferred

Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting systems

Immediate availability highly regarded

Work is based onsite at Acacia Ridge
