Position Overview:

As a Hairdresser at The Straightening Salon, you’ll be at the heart of creating exceptional experiences for our clients. Your role is to deliver outstanding hair straightening services that leave clients thrilled with their results, helping to build a loyal clientele and attract new business.

Key Competencies & Behaviours:

Qualified Hairdresser (Cert III): You have the credentials and skills to shine.

Travel: Ability to travel interstate on short notice is desirable.

Experience: You bring previous hairdressing experience to the table.

Passion for Straightening: You’re enthusiastic about creating smooth, sleek hair.

Conversational Skills: You know how to connect with clients and build rapport quickly.

Exceptional Customer Service: You go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.

Interview & Trial Details:
