One IT is expanding, and our support team is growing! We are seeking Level 1 to Level 2 ICT Engineers to join our teams in Darwin and Alice Springs. We deliver secure, reliable, and forward-thinking ICT solutions across the Territory. Role Summary
Join our service delivery team to provide fast, high-quality support to our customer base. Respond promptly to requests, focus on first-time resolution, and deliver lasting solutions. Work across infrastructure, networking, security, cloud and end-user systems, gaining experience onsite and remotely. Collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement while building your skills and career.
Core Responsibilities
Respond promptly to new support requests and resolve incidents with a focus on first-time, long-term solutions.
Deliver remote and onsite technical support across infrastructure, networking, cloud and end-user environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain systems using tools such as Datto RMM, Huntress, and Proofpoint.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and clear communication with customers.
Support implementation, testing and documentation of new technologies and customer projects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the ticket management system.
Contribute to security awareness and incident prevention through proactive monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability and performance.
Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication and customer care in every interaction.
Required Attributes / Experience
Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (MSP experience highly regarded).
Technical capability across desktop support, M365, endpoint management and networking fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
