We’re urgently seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated and growing team in the Mildura and Sunraysia region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised support to individuals living with disability to enhance independence and quality of life

Assist with daily living activities, community access, and personal care as required

Promote a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for clients

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Commit to ongoing, consistent care for long-term participants

About You

You’re a caring, reliable, and professional individual who genuinely enjoys helping others thrive. You’re committed to continuity of care and bring both compassion and professionalism to your role every day.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker (NDIS experience highly regarded)

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or an equivalent qualification

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
