Escape Bathhouse is opening soon — a premium wellness destination blending ritual, restoration, and refined taste. Alongside our thermal experiences, we’re introducing a placebo bar that complements the bathhouse’s calm, elegant aesthetic.

We’re looking for skilled, mindful baristas who take pride in their craft and can bring warmth and precision to every beverage served. This is coffee in a new context — an oasis of calm, designed to awaken the senses and enrich the ritual of escape.

✦ Your Role

Prepare and serve specialty coffees and non-alcoholic ("Placebo") beverages that harmonise with the bathhouse experience

Deliver exceptional hospitality with genuine care and professionalism

Keep the bar clean, efficient, and beautifully organised

Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth, flowing service — even during peak periods

Uphold the highest food safety and hygiene standards

✦ What We’re Looking For

Previous barista experience in a specialty café (preferred)

Strong workflow and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and a calm, team-focused approach

A genuine love for coffee and hospitality and attention to detail in every pour

An appreciation for wellness, aesthetics, and sensory experience
