Location: Kent Town | Type: Part-time / Casual | Hours: 5–10 per week (with opportunity to grow)
Pay: Above Fitness Industry Award 2025 + commission + KPI performance bonus
About Us
At The Simple Everyday, we help people move better, feel stronger, and live well. Through individualised and small-group Pilates and Fitness sessions in Kent Town, we build confidence, wellbeing, and lasting change.
Our studio offers small-group sessions (max 6 clients), from personal training to Reformer Pilates. Using the latest evidence-based approaches, we tailor every client plan to their life stage and goals, guiding progress and accountability every step of the way.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated, authentic, and high-integrity trainer who genuinely cares about helping people achieve lasting results through movement, mindfulness, and consistency. You bring positive energy, connect easily with clients, and thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Availability: Morning, afternoon, evening, or Saturday shifts (3–5 hours initially)

· Eager to learn, grow, and refine your teaching based on the latest evidence-based science

· Strong skills or interest in strength & conditioning

About the Role
We’re seeking trainers to teach both Reformer Pilates and Fitness sessions. Experienced trainers are welcome — and if you’re newer, our mentorship program will guide you to become confident, capable, and aligned with our holistic philosophy.
You’ll lead small-group and 1:1 sessions, supporting clients of all backgrounds to build strength, resilience, and confidence.
Your Responsibilities:
· Lead small-group (max 6 clients) Reformer and Fitness sessions
· Help clients set and achieve short- and long-term goals
· Design safe, effective, personalised training plans
· Provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance (or refer appropriately)
· Track progress and keep clients accountable
· Contribute to studio events and community engagement
Required Certifications
· Cert III & IV in Fitness and/or recognised Pilates certification
· Current First Aid & CPR
· Current Police Check
· Appropriate insurance coverage
