General Labourers – Structural Steel Workshop

FeCore Engineering is a well-established structural steel fabrication company based in Croydon Park. We are currently seeking reliable, physically fit General Labourers to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and are available to start immediately.

About the Role

As a General Labourer, you’ll be an important part of our workshop operations. Tasks may include:

General workshop labouring and support duties

Manual handling and moving of materials

Assisting tradespeople and machine operators

Loading and unloading deliveries

Workshop and warehouse clean-up and maintenance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Full Australian working rights (no visa restrictions)

Valid physical photo ID

Own transport (highly desirable)

Forklift licence (highly desirable, but not essential)

PPE – hi-vis clothing, steel cap boots, gloves

Good reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

Physically fit and able to complete repetitive manual tasks

Availability to start on short notice
