About the organisation:
This organisation is dedicated to delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary care to clients and families. With all specialists under one roof, they provide holistic treatment through a team of passionate professionals committed to meeting diverse client needs.
As they expand their services, they are seeking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead a new initiative. Their integrated model brings together paediatricians, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to provide collaborative care for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions.
In this role, you will support neurodiverse clients primarily in the modern, well-equipped clinic, with some telehealth and community-based sessions, helping to enhance independence and improve their quality of life.
In this role you will have an opportunity to:
Assess & Treat: Conduct comprehensive OT and cognitive assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and recommend assistive technology or home modifications.
Family & Educator Support: Partner with parents and educators to provide guidance, training, and strategies that enhance the child’s development and independence.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with allied health professionals to deliver integrated care and contribute to early intervention programs.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, deliver high-quality reports, and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Essential Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 3 years post grad experience, ideally working in Paediatrics
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or wanting to step up into a team lead position
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
