We’re looking for passionate, experienced Section Waiters to join our team at Georges Mediterranean, located right on Sydney’s iconic King Street Wharf.

About the Role

We’re seeking confident, reliable, guest-focused section waiters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Delivering warm, professional service in your section

· Taking orders, running food & drinks, and ensuring smooth table flow

· Working collaboratively with the front-of-house and bar teams

· Maintaining high standards of presentation and guest experience

Experience in a similar role is ideal, but we also welcome those eager to learn and grow — full training is provided.

Weekend availability is essential. Our hours span lunch to dinner on weekdays and breakfast to dinner on weekends, offering a wide range of shifts.
