Grandfathers is a new modern Chinese restaurant opening in Winter 2025 in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. With a focus on bold regional flavours, refined technique, and elevated service, Grandfathers aims to deliver one of the city’s most exciting and memorable dining experiences.

We’re looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team!

Experience:

Fluent English

Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus

Front-of-house experience in quality venues (1+ year preferred)

Cocktail and wine knowledge for bartenders highly regarded

Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A passion for great food, wine, and hospitality

Full-time availability
