Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2PM (with occasional overtime)

This is a casual role working full time hours with a strong pathway to permanent employment before Christmas for the right candidates.
You will require your MR / HR license as well as LF forklift license for this role.

Located in Kings Park their state-of-the-art facility produces approximately 150 tonnes of product per week, supplying major clients across the country. They pride themselves on traditional cooking techniques, high food safety standards, and a commitment to consistency and flavour.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will report to the Warehouse manager in a team of 15 staff. You will spend 60% of you day delivering food products to Aged care facilities, correctional facilities, restaurants and hospitals. The other 40% of your day will be operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts and completing manual pick packing and palletising tasks in dry goods, chiller and occasionally freezer environments.

Deliver Driver Duties: (60% of your day)

• Delivering customer orders to Restaurants, Hospitals, correctional facilities and Aged Care facilities
• All delivery work is local West Sydney, no CBD, Northern Beaches or Southern shire runs in this role!
• Cross checking paperwork at delivery sites with customers

Store Person Duties: (40% of your day)

• Safely operate High Reach Forklifts (Double Deep) to move, stack, and organise stock, complete replenishment, picking and put away duties
• Pick packing of customer orders using RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks not a high-volume loading role
• Stock control, receiving and despatch duties
• Work in chiller and occasional freezer environments (minimal picks in freezer)
• Manual handling (up to 20kg), pallet stacking, and using pallet jacks (manual and electric)
• General warehouse duties including breaking down boxes and palletising stock
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience Delivery Driving experience (HR license preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating High Reach/Double Deep forklifts
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating Counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Experience with RF scanning and pick packing in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in cold storage (chillers and freezers)
• Receiving and despatch experience
• Experience palletising and shrink wrapping goods
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid Police check (or willingness to obtain)
• Be able to proved a recent RTA printout
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
