Lifestyle Officer – Aged Care 🌿

Part-Time | 2–4 Days per Week | Bowral, NSW

We’re looking for a motivated Lifestyle Officer who can design and deliver programs that truly enhance residents’ wellbeing, purpose, and joy.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the daily experience of our residents. You’ll plan and facilitate engaging activities, celebrate individuality, and foster community spirit within our home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering group and one-on-one lifestyle activities

Supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

Encouraging participation with empathy, creativity, and respect

Collaborating with care staff, volunteers, and families

Contributing to care plans and maintaining basic documentation

About You

You’re a people person who brings warmth, energy, and imagination to your work. You love making a difference in older people’s lives and take pride in creating meaningful experiences.

You’ll bring:

A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach

Confidence working both independently and in a team

Good communication and organisational skills

Availability for 3–4 shifts per week

Desirable:

Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or currently studying)

Bus or Light Rigid driver’s licence
