About the Role

As an experienced Pool Technician, you’ll service and maintain a portfolio of residential and commercial pools and spas. From diagnosing equipment issues to keeping water crystal clear, your expertise will ensure clients stay happy and pools stay perfect.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain pools/spas with precision and efficiency

Carry out advanced water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment installations

Diagnose, repair, and optimise filtration, heating, and automation systems

Provide top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in pool and spa servicing (minimum 1+ years preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heating systems

Confident with water chemistry and balancing

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Current driver’s licence essential
