About the Role

Showroom Sales Representative/Consultant

Location- Eltham Vic 3095

Availability - Full-Time (Saturday mandatory)

From bathrooms and kitchens, to tapware, timber-flooring and outdoor pavers - we're passionate about delivering high quality product, expert advice, and personalised service.

What we're looking for

Proven sales ability and confidence in closing deals

Strong Customer Service skills

Confident computer/technology skills (knowledge in Outlook Suite, CIN7 and Podium a bonus)

Excellent communication and people skills

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Work on Saturdays as part of your roster

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through product selections while offering tailored advice on both products and practical renovation solutions

Prepare accurate and timely quotes with proactive follow-up on enquiries

Provide outstanding customer service both instore and over the phone

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a pristine and educational showroom that people feel wowed about

Experience & Skill We Value

Previous experience selling either Tiles, Bathware/Plumbing, Timber Flooring, Natural Stone (essential in at least one)

Building, Construction, Renovation experience (not essential but valued)

Cin7 knowledge (not essential but valued)
