We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Educators to join our vibrant teams in COOGEE, SEVILLE GROVE, MIDVALE AND DAYTON and help us continue to provide exceptional early learning experiences.

Position Overview:
As an Early Childhood Educator at Wildflowers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children’s growth, development, and sense of belonging. You will uphold our core values of Respect, Connect, and Thrive, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment where every child is seen, heard, and celebrated.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
• Foster an environment that supports creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to uphold Wildflowers’ philosophy and values.
• Create inclusive spaces that promote diversity, equity, and respect for all children.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience Early Childhood Education
• Positive attitude
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• A commitment to fostering respectful, meaningful connections with children and families.
• A passion for nature-based learning and a child-centered approach to education.
Ability to work FULL TIME hour, 5 DAYS PER WEEK and ALL SHIFTS is essential
