We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team!

Innovative Window Solutions is a premium manufacturer of aluminium doors and windows in Geelong, using only Australian-sourced materials, well-known for quality workmanship and attention to detail. We specialise in the supply and installation of commercial aluminium windows and door solutions for high-end residential, architectural and commercial projects.

If you have a proven track record of managing multiple job sites, leading teams, and delivering successful projects from start to finish - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing and coordinating multiple union and domestic sites

Managing projects from initial planning through to completion

Leading and supporting onsite teams to ensure timelines, safety, and quality standards are met

Coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers across all phases of the project

Utilising project management software and tech tools to track progress and report updates

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience as a Project Manager

· Strong understanding of the processes involved, site coordination, and team leadership

· Comfortable working across multiple active sites

· Confident with technology and computer-based tools

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Strong team management skills

· Able to work in a dynamic environment

· Passion for quality workmanship

What’s On Offer:
