You’ll take charge of commissioning BMS projects from start to finish — bringing systems to life, fine-tuning performance, and making sure everything runs exactly as it should.

Key responsibilities (Overview, not limited to)

· Manage start to completion of delivery of BMS projects – from design, commissioning, and testing through to project “handover”.

· Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians and sub-contractors, maintaining strong communication and accountability.

· Conduct commissioning, testing, and final tuning in line with performance and compliance standards.

· Optimising control strategies to improve building performance and energy efficiency.

· Maintain accurate documentation, project reporting, and quality assurance

· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure expectations are met

About You - Qualifications & Skills required

· Minimum 6 years’ Demonstrated experience delivering and commissioning complex BMS projects.

· Electrical trade qualifications (preferred but not essential).

· Tridium Niagara AX Systems Integrator certification (highly regarded).

· Degree in Computer Engineering or similar (advantageous).

· Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy optimisation.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

· Strategic thinker with resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
