About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planner Scheduler to join our dynamic project team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of complex port infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather input and validate schedule data.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present regular progress reports, including look-ahead schedules and critical path analysis.

Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.

Support project risk assessments and incorporate risk mitigation strategies into the schedule.

Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.

Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and ensure proper documentation.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Planner Scheduler in port infrastructure, marine works, or large-scale construction projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling software.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project lifecycle.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Desirable:

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls.

Familiarity with contractual scheduling requirements (e.g., NEC, FIDIC).

Exposure to port authority regulations and marine construction standards.
