About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and forward-thinking Project Systems & Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys improving project systems and documentation, and is ready to grow alongside a dynamic business in the critical power generation EPCM space.

After 15 successful years in the industry, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth with a strong pipeline of projects and major opportunities ahead. Now’s the perfect time to come on board and help shape how we deliver our work.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

· Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001.

· Oversee compliance with OHS, ESD, and client regulatory frameworks across projects.

· Ensure effective management of audits, non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organisation.

Project Systems & Documentation

· Design, implement, and manage robust project systems, workflows, and documentation standards aligned with PMBOK best practices.

· Oversee project documentation including technical schedules, registers, logistics, site management systems, and SWMS.

· Ensure consistency and accuracy of project reporting and control documents.

· Build and govern SharePoint project environments to support collaboration and transparency.

Data, Reporting & Insights

· Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time project insights and decision support.

· Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and business performance.

· Translate high-level strategy into practical reporting tools for project managers and leadership.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Manage, mentor, and develop the team in QA and project systems.

· Partner with project managers, construction teams, and senior leadership to align systems with business strategy.

· Provide hands-on leadership supporting project teams with practical tools, while guiding them toward long-term improvement.

· Promote best practices and coach teams on system use, documentation, and compliance.
